About the Leow Factor Blog

The Leow Factor Blog started in 2012 as a way for me to share information and updates about health and fitness for my personal training clients. I eventually realized, however, that people were quite interested in my personal experiences with Muay Thai, BJJ and MMA.

Today I continue to share useful information about health, fitness and nutrition, as well as reflections about my own journey in combat sports, opinion pieces, and favourite recipes.
